This web application requires following settings in Your web browser:
- JavaScript must be activated. In the Internet Explorer switch on 'Active scripting' and 'Allow paste operations via script'.
- Cookies must be enabled. Please check whether the Internet Explorer option 'Override automatic cookie handling' is switched off.
- Before creating a new shipment make sure, that you have pop-up windows turned on. If they are turned off, no pop-up window with label after creating a shipment will be shown nevertheless the shipment will be marked as printed.

For printing documents Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or newer) will be used. If it is not insalled on your computer you can download it from here:
